Palate: long and slow fermentation process, hand picking grapes from very old vines of minium 20 years contribute to its fine and complex structure and long lasting palate. Taste of vanilla, roasted, mature blackberry  balance acidity,  touch of smokiness in the end.

Food Pairing: Ideal with beef, duck, squab or dishes rich in mushroom or dishes with pepper sauces.

Cantonese cuisine: Roast duck, chicken, goose, BBQ Pork and spare ribs

This Signum I is turely one of our flagship premium red wine. Slow fermentation process, made from hand picking grapes grown from very old vines of minimum 20 years at the prime location, followed by slow fermentation process and good aging in an oak barrel that make this wine so special.

The premium red wine Signum I has a fine and complex structure and a long lasting palate, taste of vanilla, roasted, mature blackberry with balance acidity, touch of smokiness in the end. An exclusive red wine for special occasions or wine dinner, a special gift and present.

Grown in Prime vineyard location, with very low yield of about 40kg /100m².

Vines are minimum 20 years old.

Made with very late harvest grapes.
