Shanghai Cuisine: Stewed pork belly, braised pork knuckle, braised meat ball, braised whole fish.

North China: Ox, pork triple, pork kidneys, duck gizzards, Peking duck



Grown in Prime vineyard location, with very low yield of about 40kg /100m².

Made with very late harvest grapes.

Selected hand picking of every grape berries.

Traditional wine making process with long fermentation time.

Aged 18 months in Barrique / oak barrel.
