Food and Wine Pairing

Asian Family food contains many different dishes including condiments and dips. An Array of dishes often complement each other. Vegetable , Seafood, Fish or Meat dish with soup and many small side  dishes. Each bits brings different combination of flavors. Sometimes we repeat a combination because it is so appealing .

For this kind of huge food varieties  and taste  within one meal , versatile wines are needed to emphasis all taste of the food.

German  Wines are versatile due to their  firm acidity , elegance and  refreshing characters.

A German Riesling, Schwarzriesling, Spätburgunder, Gewürztraminer , Lemberger etc machtes with Asian food because of their ability to pair with wide range of ingredients and intense Asian spices.

Firm acidity of German Wines adds refreshment value to the meal and is able to stand up to strong pungent and fermented flavours .

An Asian dinning need to be mindful and realistic that one wine will not be sublime with all the dishes on the table. It is important to note that traditional Asian beverages were not chosen and consumed to complement the flavours of the numerous dishes in a typical Asian meal.
